Return / Refund Policy
If you would like to return your purchase from email@example.com you may do so within 30 days for a refund. If you placed the order online, you must pay the cost of returning goods. You may return Pillows and Cases with *reasonable use providing the product is not soiled, smell, or contain any alterations. *Reasonable use includes & not limited to, the pillow was opened and used but not soiled or contain odor. Any alterations to the product will not be accepted.
To return orders placed online, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the receipt of your order and return the products to the address shown in the form that came with your order. Please quote your order number and postcode. Your order number can be found within your account.
Your refund will be processed, once it has been delivered to our location and within 3 working days of arriving back to us. Refunds can take up to 1 week to show on your account; this is due to the time taken by some banks to process the pay
